Welcome to the FAQ page for our hotel rooms!  Here you will find answers to the most common questions about our accommodations, amenities, and services. Whether you're planning a visit, staying with us currently, or just curious about what we offer, we hope this page provides useful information to make your experience at our hotel a great one.

  • theBAR at Beachwalk

    Experience lunch, dinner, shareables and libations at this beautiful new dining destination on the river! theBAR at Beachwalk (Formerly the Tiki Bar) has a private dock for boaters to dock and dine! Live music on select days for your entertainment.

  • Groups

    We accept group guestroom blocks upon availability for weddings and special events on select dates. Typically, group bookings are unavailable most of June through August.If you would like to inquire, or if you have any questions, please email:manager@beachwalkseabright.com

  • Age Requirement

    You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a guestroom at the Beachwalk at Seabright.

    Identification is required. Misrepresentation voids reservation and forfeits deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy

    15 days prior to the date of arrival you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $25.00. 14-7 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the deposit of the reservation. Less than 6 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the cost of the entire stay.

  • Deposit Policy

    A deposit of 50% of your stay will be charged at the time of booking the reservation.The balance will be due on the day of arrival. Deposits cannot be moved to alternate dates. No refunds for unused days due to weather, no shows, etc.

  • We are Smoke Free!

    The entire property including lobby, rooms, parking lots, sun decks, walkways and all public areas are 100% smoke free! This includes marijuana, vaping and electronic cigarettes, etc. If evidence of smoking is found there will be a smoking fee of $250.00.

  • Damage And Incidentals

    On arrival the hotel will place a $250.00 credit hold on the credit card for incidentals and/or damages or smoking fees.

  • Reservation Modifications

    Once checked in, there are no modifications or cancellations. You are responsible for your entire stay as outlined on the registration form. Changes must be made by the cancellation date, please refer to "Cancellation Policy" for further details.

  • Check In and Check Out

    Check in time is at 4 PM. We cannot guarantee your room will be available before that time.

    Please refrain from early arrivals unless arrangements are made prior to arrival.


    Check out time is at 11 AM.We ask that you adhere the check-out policy so that we can clean and prepare for arriving guests.

  • ADA Accessibility

    Accessible vehicles can be accommodated in the accessible parking spots adjacent to the lobby, one of which accommodates a lift van.The route from parking lot to accessible rooms located in the Luxury Oceanside tower is very direct and mobility accessible.The Classic Riverside buildings are not ADA accessible, as there are stairs throughout. Please call to discuss options for accommodation.

  • Elevator

    There is an elevator available for the Luxury Oceanside Rooms. There is no elevator service for the Classic Riverside rooms, as they are located in two-story buildings . 

  • Housekeeping Service

    Your room will be sanitized and prepared for your arrival, and we will be providing modified

    housekeeping services during your stay including towel replacement and trash removal.

  • Lost Keys

    Losing your guest room key will result in a $25 fee added onto your folio.

  • Service Animals and Pets

    Service Animals are always welcome, unfortunately, we do not permit pets or emotional support animals.

  • Parking

    There is complimentary parking for one vehicle per reservation and you are permitted to park beginning at 4 PM on the day or your arrival and until 11 AM on your departure date.Parking tags will be issued at the front desk and must be displayed on your vehicle during the entire time of your stay. Parking is available in our parking lot or across the street near the beach. Oversized vehicle parking must be coordinated with the front desk. Please call before your arrival so we can attempt to match your vehicle to a suitable space.

  • Beaches

    Beach badges are not necessary on our beach across from the hotel. There are access stairs to reach the beach.


    The Borough of Sea Bright has seven free public beach access ways on Ocean Avenue which are clearly identified by signage. In addition, there is the Sea Bright Municipal Beach which offers lifeguards, rescue personnel, parking, restroom facilities, and seasonal locker rentals. To utilize these municipal facilities a daily or season beach badge is required for anyone age 12 and older, with the exception of active military personnel and their families, who are always welcomed onto the beach at no charge.

  • Pool and Sundeck

    Due to occupancy levels for the pool, please note that the pool is for registered hotel guests only. No Glass in the pool area. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The pool is open seasonally and is not heated. The pool closes for the 2023 season on September 17.

  • Seasonal Pool and Beach Memberships

    Due to the opening of the new hotel building, and the increased occupancy this will bring, we will not be offering seasonal pool or beach memberships this year. We want to thank everyone who has participated in the past and we look forward to seeing you at The Bar at BeachWalk.

  • WiFi

    All guest rooms, lobbies, porches, and pool deck have complimentary WiFi.

  • Specials and Promotions

    Specials and/or promotions are based on availability and may be paused at any time. Requirements and or limitations are listed under each individual promotion on our website. Specials and/or promotions are not able to be combined.

  • Miscellaneous

    Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. Rollaway beds, cots and air mattresses are not available or permitted in rooms. A limited amount of portable travel cribs are available upon request, and not guaranteed. Losing your guest room key will result in a $25 fee added onto your folio.
